How do I order custom packaging?
It's easy to order custom packaging from QuickCustomBoxes. Please follow the given steps.
1). Request a custom quote.
2). Upload artwork.
3). Proof-read your design.
4). Pay for your order.
5). The order will be delivered to your door within 8 working days.
What is your return policy?
If the order has been delivered and is not according to the instructions provided by you, we will reprint the order. The reprint option will not apply if the error is due to the media file you sent, or you did not mark the error in the evidence submitted by us before the production of your boxes. What is your turnaround time?
There are two turnaround options for our customers.
1). STANDARD: 8 Business Days. (Free Shipping)
2). EXPEDITE: 5 Business Days.
Note: Turnaround time begins once artwork approved.
Where are you located?
Our head office is in Brampton, and the regional office is located in Oakland.
What file format do you accept for artwork?
Send us artwork in AI, PDF, PSD, CRD, and TIF format (300-600 DPI).
Can I receive a sample before placing an order?
Yes, you can request a sample, but there would be fees of $100.
